Esperienza molto deludente, servizio e cucina da rivedere
Siamo state in questo locale oggi io e mia figlia, ma purtroppo l'esperienza è stata tutt'altro che piacevole.
Abbiamo iniziato ordinando due bruschette, chiedendone specificamente una con l'aglio e una senza. Ci vengono portate entrambe senza aglio e, alla mia semplice richiesta di sfregare dell'aglio sopra quella mancante, la soluzione della cucina è stata portarci indietro le bruschette con sopra dell'aglio tagliato a pezzi.
I problemi sono proseguiti con i primi: due piatti di spaghetti aglio, olio e peperoncino arrivati dopo oltre mezz'ora di attesa dalle bruschette (e solo dopo aver sollecitato il personale). La pasta è risultata purtroppo immangiabile per via di una quantità di peperoncino del tutto eccessiva e fuori misura, tanto da costringerci a lasciarla nel piatto.
Al momento del conto ho fatto presente con garbo tutte le criticità al titolare. La risposta è stata un semplice "mi dispiace" unito a uno sconto di 4 euro sul totale (30€ invece di 34€). Non è una questione economica: a fronte di un servizio disattento e di piatti non consumabili, ci si aspetterebbe un'attenzione ben diversa verso il cliente e una gestione dell'errore ben più professionale.

Very disappointing experience, service and cuisine need reconsidering My daughter and I went to this restaurant today, but unfortunately, the experience was anything but pleasant. We started by ordering two bruschettas, specifically asking for one with garlic and one without. Both were brought to us without garlic, and when I simply asked for garlic to be rubbed on the missing one, the kitchen's solution was to return the bruschettas with chopped garlic on top. The problems continued with the first courses: two plates of spaghetti with garlic, oil, and chili pepper arrived after a half-hour wait for the bruschetta (and only after prompting the staff). Unfortunately, the pasta was inedible due to an entirely excessive and unmeasured amount of chili pepper, so much so that we had to leave it on our plate. When it came time to get the bill, I politely pointed out all the issues to the owner. The response was a simple "sorry," along with a €4 discount on the total (€30 instead of €34). It's not a matter of money: given the inattentive service and uneatable dishes, one would expect much better customer service and a more professional handling of the error. We won't be returning.

Che buono il bicerin versione estiva, la panna fresca era molto buona. Consigliato.

Bar vicino la Mole, personale gentile e disponibile. Hanno anche la versione del bicerin con il liquore al cioccolato. Abbiamo assaggiato entrambe le versioni. Da come potete notare dalle foto si presenta bene.

Si estas en Torino y queres mandar vení a Gilda. Literalmente tienen las mejores tortas de toda la ciudad! Eso si, las tortas sólo están disponibles en el invierno. Pero en el verano tienen el patio donde te podes pedir uno de sus aperitivos (que los hacen MUY BIEN) y te podes sacar fotos con la mole de fondo!). Ottimo servizio, buon ambiente!

If you're in Turin and want to order something delicious, come to Gilda. They literally have the best cakes in the whole city! Just so you know, the cakes are only available in the winter. But in the summer they have a patio where you can order one of their appetizers (which they make VERY WELL) and take pictures with the iconic Gilda in the background! Excellent service, great atmosphere!

I'd would say they "home made" sweet cakes are quite delicious but one piece costs 7.50 euros and by my opinion, it's expensive.
